Maris Selected for Gresham Street Project

Maris Interiors is delighted to announce the start on site at 20 Gresham Street for CHP Consulting, the leading global supplier of asset and motor finance software and consultancy services.
CHP Consulting have taken 11,000 sq ft of space on the 4th floor of this dynamically designed building which occupies a privileged position in the heart of the City, immediately adjacent to the Guildhall and within minutes of the Royal Exchange and the Bank of England.
CHP Consulting were recently voted one of the 20 most popular recruiters of management consultants and regard their image as a key strength in attracting the best people. Maris Interiors presented a design solution that promoted their image as a professional, well established company as well as providing a strong technical offering, working within the confines of the building layout to create an environment that would appeal to both staff and visitors alike.
The scope of works includes 4 meeting rooms, a training room, a coffee shop style staff breakout area and a bespoke Client suite, with views over the Guildhall. The cleverly designed open plan desking area allows CHP the flexibility to hot desk their consultants, many of whom tend to be out visiting Clients. Some cellularisation of the open plan was detailed into the design to ensure that the office retains a feeling of liveliness when fewer consultants are in the office.
Maris Interiors has also successfully worked alongside CHP’s longstanding IT contractor, adding technical expertise to allow them to undertake the fit-out of the Communications Room.
