M3 heads West

M3 Capital Partners, the global real estate investment, banking and advisory firm, have selected Maris to assist them in their relocation from 47 King William Street to 180 Piccadilly. Having already worked in the building for Virtual Office Company, Maris were the obvious choice for this 3,300 sqft project. Works started on site on 19th October and are scheduled to take 5 weeks to complete.
The brief was to create a contemporary, corporate office with a warm and welcoming feel. The design includes a largely open plan office with a meeting room suite, high-tech comms room and a stunning reception area. Bespoke Joinery items were also included to increase the image of the front of house visitor’s area.
US based architectural firm Novate was chosen by M3 Capital to produce the drawing concepts for the space. Maris overcame potential challenges by working with the architects to ensure that the drawings were adapted to comply with UK building regulations.

Many of the original project challenges were overcome with an extremely detailed and collaborative response from both UK and US teams respectively.
