It’s 125 Old Broad Street Again!

October 2009

Maris Interiors is delighted to announce its second major project in this flagship building following its appointment by Arden Partners, the AIM quoted stockbroker and investment bank.

Arden Partners, who also have offices in Bristol and Birmingham, have relocated from Laurence Poultney Hill to the landmark tower building at 125 Old Broad Street, the former home of the London Stock Exchange. Having already completed an office fit-out on the 17th floor of the building for top Spanish law firm Uría Menendez, Maris Interiors were the natural choice for Arden.

The 6,000 sq ft office fit-out includes the formation of a stunning meeting suite encompassing 5 meeting rooms, a large, open plan trading floor and the creation of a number of cellularised private offices.

Maris' Project Director commented, “The key to working in high rise developments is to understand the building and to form strong working relationships with the Landlord and building management team. Our experience in the building and our ability to adhere to the Client brief enabled us to secure this prestigious project.”
