Maris Relocates Meteor

Investment fund managers, Meteor Asset Management have recently appointed Maris Interiors to assist them with the relocation from their old office at 68 Lombard Street, EC3 to 55 King William Street, EC4.
Maris is carrying out the full fit-out and refurbishment of the new 7,000 sq ft office which commenced on site on the 7th of September with a completion date four weeks later on the 2nd of October.
The brief was to create a bold construction of rooms, services modifications, IT infrastructure and security and most importantly an impressive Client facing front of house meeting area.
Maris was chosen for this fit-out due to their “industrious” approach to meeting Client expectations and their enthusiasm and doggedness to achieve a successful conclusion that meets the Client’s budgetary constraints and relocation commitments.
Maris' Project Director commented, “The challenge was ensuring that we could deliver the Landlord’s application document before the lease signing deadline. This was very much a collaborative team effort on the back of some extremely structured planning and against exceptionally aggressive timescales.”
