Maris Interiors was recently appointed to assist Eurasian Natural Resource Company (ENRC), one of the world’s leading natural resources groups who integrate mining, processing, power and logistics operations, to fit-out the additional office space that they secured in their existing building at 16 St James’s Street, SW1.
Having previously completed a 5,000 sq ft office fit-out on the 3rd floor at 16 St James’s Street, for leading hedge fund, Eton Park Capital Management, Maris Interiors’ experience in the building helped to secure the fit-out project with ENRC.
The project, which took 5 weeks to complete, included adapting the floor layout of the newly secured space on the ground floor to improve space efficiency, cladding the office fronts to mimic their offices on the 2nd floor, providing supplementary furniture and re-carpeting.
