River through Berkeley Square!

December 2008

Maris Interiors is pleased to announce the completion on site this week at Thames River Capital at their offices at 51 and 57 Berkeley Square.

Thames River Capital was formed in 1998 and is a performance focused, return orientated, integrated fund management business.

Maris Interiors were first appointed following a recommendation from Thames River Capital’s agent, to fit-out 9,000 sq ft of expansion space that Thames River Capital had secured in Lansdowne House, 57 Berkeley Square back in August of this year.

The scope of works at Lansdowne House included the strip-out of the previous tenant’s Cat B installations and the design and fit-out of the space, ensuring FSA regulation compliance. Indeed, in order to enable direct server communication links between 51 and 57 Berkeley Square, Maris Interiors had to dig up Berkeley Square to lay fibre cable links!

As the first stage of works reached practical completion, the second phase of works at 51 Berkeley Square commenced. The scope of works on the second phase has encompassed 6 stages of in-situ office refurbishment across 4 floors, totalling 4,000 sq ft of space. The phased nature works have ensured Thames River Capital’s business continuity throughout the refurbishment.
