Dubai International Financial Centre Comes to London

A wealth of experience in the serviced office sector gave Maris the edge over competitors to win the design, project management, construction, fit out and furniture contract for Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) at 12 St James’ Square.
Recognised in recent publicity as the most expensive real estate in the world, 12 St James’ Square is already refurbished to a very high specification. DIFC recently appointed Maris to complete the 22,000 sq ft project on the second and third floors of this prestigious building.
