Client Commitment Leads to Maris' Best Year

Over 100 projects were successfully completed and delivered on schedule to clients covering a broad spectrum of market sectors; spread across the UK, ranging from 4,000 to 92,000 sq ft.
New business wins included the 30,000 sq ft new London head office of international law firm Fulbright and Jaworski LLP, a 22,000 sq ft refurbishment project for ABS Europe, the ship classification society; and the 32 week in-situ refurbishment of four floors at 111 Old Broad Street in the City of London, home to one of Belgium’s largest investment banks, KBC.
Other major projects included Dial-a-Cab’s 20,000 sq ft office based in Old Street; the completion of another phase of The Blackstone Group’s move into their Berkeley Square office working with Maris as their design and project management partner and a 21,000 sq ft fit-out for the paper and packaging provider Mondi, which had de-merged from Anglo American, a clnt of Maris since 1999.
Over 40% of the Maris business in 2007 was secured from existing clients; a demonstration of our commitment to our “Client for Life” culture. Maris also completed over 450 minor works projects for its existing clients through its client services business, Maris Adapt.
