Liberty Syndicates is wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Mutual, a company founded in 1912 in Massachusetts. Established in 1994 in the Lloyds Insurance Market, underwriting a variety of insurance sectors including property, marine liability and space, Liberty Syndicates has gone from strength to strength. They have a combined staff of 100 and an underwriting capacity for the 2005 account of £716 million.

Points of note

The challenge facing us on this project was to redesign and refurbish Liberty’s existing space in a phased programme whilst allowing their business to continue on a day to day basis.
