Points of note

The relocation of the Customer Contact Centre to Sheffield involved the amalgamation of several southern-based locations. The building, in which we created a highly effective working environment for 1,000 members of staff, was officially opened by Dixons Group plc Chairman Sir Stanley Kalms.

The project included the installation of 100 televisions on which staff working antisocial hours can watch and listen to MTV. The staff canteen was designed to accommodate 200 people in one sitting.

Client comment

"I was so pleased with the relationship that grew between Maris and our Centre Management team, and am confident that it will serve as a great asset when we embark on Phase 2. Partnership is an important element in any project and I’m pleased that we can look forward to working with the same Maris team."
