Points of note

The time factor was critical for the client; with their landlord having pre-let their old building whilst also being let down on negotiations with other premises, time was running out. With sensible pre-ordering and a sometimes “Challenge Anneka” activity level, Maris were able to move Bracher into their space within 3 weeks.
