Two partners from each of the client firms, LCL and Begbies
Traynor formed a partnership, Cornhill Property Management,
specifically to purchase the freehold, to re-fit and occupy for
their respective businesses. LCL is a group of leading debt recovery
and insurance management companies. Begbies Traynor is a leading
corporate rescue and recovery specialist.

Points of note
A comprehensive refurbishment project incorporating both
landlord’s and tenant’s fit-out work for the owner/occupier, with a
high level of specification in the client facing areas.
Maris undertook all the work within the building including common
parts such as stairwell and lifts.
