Client background

The majority of the homes are leased back to the MOD for continued use as service accommodation. A key feature of the purchase for Annington is that they are guaranteed an annual release of some 600-700 empty houses, which range from 2 bed flats to 8 bed houses in all areas from Cumbria to Cornwall and South Wales to Suffolk.

Points of note

Maris worked alongside client representative CBRE to design and build Annington’s new offices. The project was delivered on time, on budget and to a high quality.

Client comment

"Having had the benefit of comparison in moving before, it was noticeable how smoothly and efficiently the entire move ran from start to finish. The project was delivered on time and on budget. We thought Maris, working alongside our property consultants, did a first class job. In comparison to our previous experience, Maris kept us well informed and did what they said they would, which is all that clients like ourselves want. As for the offices, they are exactly what we wanted and probably more."
